Galax Bank inside Walmart Robbed

GALAX - Police say a man and woman robbed the Woodforest National Bank inside the Galax Wal-Mart Wednesday afternoon, shortly before 2:42 p.m.

An alert from the Galax Police Department describes the suspects as:

—White woman
—About 5 ft. 4 in.
—Dirty blond hair
—Wrinkled skin
—Scar on her left arm
—Last seen wearing a camouflage hat, blue pullover, black t-shirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes

—White man
—Wearing a heavy coat, mirrored sunglasses, and a ball cap
